Sprouts Farmers Market FACTA Receipt Class Action Settlement

What Is the Sprouts Settlement About?

The lawsuits allege that Sprouts violated the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act, or FACTA, by printing more than the last five digits of payment card numbers on receipts, potentially increasing identity-theft risk. Sprouts denies liability and agreed to settle to avoid continued litigation.

How Much Is the Sprouts Settlement Payout?

Approved claimants receive a pro-rata share of the net cash fund after court-approved attorneys’ fees, costs, service awards and administration expenses. The final payment cannot be calculated until the administrator knows how many valid claims were filed. Payments are expected by mailed check after final approval and any appeals.

Am I Eligible to File a Claim?

You may qualify if a Sprouts receipt from a personal credit or debit transaction between August 16, 2020, and October 31, 2022—or a personal EBT transaction between March 15, 2021, and April 15, 2023—displayed more than the final five digits of the card number.

Is the Sprouts Settlement Legit?

Yes. The consolidated cases are in Los Angeles County Superior Court before Judge William F. Highberger. Atticus Administration LLC operates SettleInfo.com and the claim process.

When’s the Claim Deadline?

Online and faxed claims must be received by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on August 5, 2026; mailed claims must be postmarked by that date. The final approval hearing is scheduled for November 19, 2026.

Who Qualifies for the Sprouts Settlement?

A Sprouts purchase alone is not enough. The receipt must have displayed more than the final five digits of the personal credit, debit or EBT card number, and the transaction must fall in the correct class period for that card type.

How Do I File a Sprouts Settlement Claim Form?

If you received notice with a Notice Number beginning with “P,” use the short-form claim and attest that at least one identified transaction was made with your personal card; no additional documentation is required. If you did not receive that notice, use Claim Form-R and attach either a qualifying Sprouts receipt or a suitably redacted card statement showing a qualifying Sprouts transaction. File online, by mail or by fax before the deadline.
