FTD and ProFlowers Delivery Fee Class Action Settlement
What Is the FTD and ProFlowers Settlement About?
Consumers allege that FTD's online checkout process concealed mandatory delivery fees until shoppers reached its final stage. Their complaint challenges the advertising and disclosure of delivery, shipping, handling and service charges on purchases made through FTD.com and ProFlowers.com.
The settlement resolves these disputed consumer-protection claims. It does not represent a court finding that the fees were unlawful. FTD maintains that its representations were not deceptive and agreed to settle to avoid further litigation.
How Much Is the FTD and ProFlowers Settlement Payout?
A class member who submits a valid claim may select one of two benefits:
- $5 cash, payable by check or an available electronic payment method.
- One $15 voucher for FTD.com or ProFlowers.com. It can be used toward taxes and fees, but cannot be combined with other offers.
The voucher is nontransferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, is limited to one use and expires 12 months after issuance. The benefit is a choice between cash and a voucher; claimants do not receive both.
This is a claims-based settlement rather than a stated fixed consumer cash fund. Approved attorneys' fees, costs and notice expenses are paid separately and do not reduce the stated class benefits. Payments will follow final approval and resolution of any appeals; no specific distribution date is promised.
Am I Eligible to File a Claim?
You may qualify if you satisfy all of the following:
- You placed the order while in the United States.
- You ordered flowers or another product for delivery through FTD.com or ProFlowers.com.
- You were charged and paid a delivery, shipping, handling or service fee between January 29, 2021, and January 29, 2025.
- You have not validly excluded yourself and are not otherwise excluded by the agreement.
The claim form asks you to certify your qualifying purchase under penalty of perjury. It does not ask for a receipt attachment, but the administrator can research and verify a claim. Online filing requires the Unique ID and PIN from your notice. Contact the administrator if those details are missing.
Is the FTD and ProFlowers Settlement Legit?
Yes. The Florida state court overseeing Ciampi v. FTD, LLC authorized the notice and settlement process. Epiq administers claims through FTDDeliveryFeeSettlement.com.
Judge Migna Sanchez-Llorens is scheduled to consider final approval at a virtual hearing on December 23, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. Check the official website for hearing changes. Filing a claim does not require attending the hearing.
When’s the Claim Deadline?
Submit your claim online or by email no later than November 13, 2026, or mail it with a postmark by that date. November 13 is also the separate deadline to request exclusion or object, following the notice's requirements.
Neither benefit is automatic. Doing nothing produces no cash or voucher and, unless you opt out, leaves you bound by the settlement's release if it becomes final.
Who Qualifies for the FTD and ProFlowers Settlement?
The class reaches qualifying purchasers across the United States. The purchase must have been through one of the two covered websites; receiving flowers ordered by somebody else does not itself establish eligibility.
The agreement excludes specified FTD-related parties, governmental entities, the parties' counsel, the presiding judge and associated court personnel, as well as people who previously released the relevant fee claims. The full agreement controls these exclusions.
